HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?

We work with brides with both minimal time-frames and long time-frames. We recommend for all of our brides to order as soon as possible so we can begin fabric allocation. CAN I CUSTOMISE OR ALTER ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?

Due to our production demands we are unable to customise or alter our designs. During our design process we put a great deal of thought into each design and decide on the best finishings for each design.

 

I AM HOPING TO LOSE A BIT OF WEIGHT BEFORE MY SPECIAL DAY, IF I ORDER NOW WILL MY DRESS STILL FIT ME?

We have lots of brides hoping to lose a bit of weight before their special day, which is no problem at all.

You will notice that our fabrics are beautiful and stretchy, so often if brides drop a size in weight, their original size still fits beautifully. If not, our dresses are very easy to alter by a professional seamstress if you would like it a bit more fitted.

If you place your order well in advance of your wedding date then we can confirm your size before your dress goes into production.

 

WILL MY DRESS BE PERFECT?

All of our dresses undergo a final 3-step high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard before delivery. Our team is highly qualified and experienced, and we pride ourselves on our stellar reputation. 

Our brides are always very happy and we have lots of testimonials on our website as well as pictures of previous brides.

In the rare event of any manufacturing fault, we would of course repair your dress for you. 

 

CAN YOU SEND A SAMPLE TO TRY?

Our sample gowns are used for photo shoots and production, therefore we are unable to send these away for brides to try. However we are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the gown to help you gain a feel for the fabrics. We offer one-on-one appointments at our Showrooms located in Los Angeles, USA, London, UK and the Gold Coast, Australia. We also offer Styling assistance via email, live chat, phone and skype. CAN I BE ASSURED OF YOUR BUSINESS?

Our reputation is exceptional. We sell to brides worldwide and pride ourselves on delivering the best service with the best product, and the most unique designs. Our team has over 30 years experience in design and high-end manufacturing with French stretch lace. Our product is so specialised that only a team with this much experience can deliver these results. 

We try to cover most questions and info on the website and you can see many of our lovely brides in the “Our Brides” section. We also have images of our studio, which you might like to view to put your mind at ease.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR DRESSES MADE?

Our beautiful dresses are handmade in our production studio on the Gold Coast, Australia, by our in-house team of seamstresses. Our exquisite laces are sourced from France and our silks from Italy.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?

No. We prefer to maintain our individual and exclusive style. All of our brides worldwide buy directly online through our website.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.

 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DRESSES?

Due to our collection being in high demand and production times, we do not offer custom designs.

 

WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS HAVE ME SITTING IN A FEW DIFFERENT SIZES?

That is not a problem at all. Our production team can grade your dress accordingly to your varying dress sizes. You will just need to order your dress based off the size that most of your measurements fall into.

 

 HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

It is all very easy, simply make your dress choice and place your order through our website and enter all your measurements into the notes section. Our team of lovely ladies are online and on the phone all day to assist you too. Visit our info section for more details. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING IS?

If you add the dress you want to purchase into your cart, we have a shipping calculator in the cart, which can be used to clarify prices. Our shipping costs are minimal and we use an International express shipping company that offers online tracking.
