Our Virtual Appointments offer a one-on-one, personalised styling consultation with one of our expert online stylists, all via video call. Whether you're just starting your bridal journey or finalising your dream gown, we're here to make the experience feel just as special as a visit to one of our boutiques.

What to Expect

Your 60-minute consultation is tailored entirely to you. Prior to your appointment, we’ll gather a few key details such as your measurements, wedding date, and your favourite gown styles. This helps us prepare a curated experience, including mannequins dressed in your top gown picks for an up-close look at fabrics, fit, and details.

We use Microsoft Teams to host your appointment, simply join using your phone, iPad, or desktop. Feel free to bring your bridal party or loved ones on the call and sip your drink of choice while we help you find the one.

During your appointment, we’ll:

Chat about your wedding vision, venue, and style
Walk you through your top three gown selections
Show you the fabrics, movement, and craftsmanship via video
Explore sample sale gowns, our online team have exclusive access and can showcase these pieces just for you
Discuss sizing, production timelines, and pricing

What should I wear during my appointment?

We recommend wearing a slip dress or a fitted tee and leggings. This helps if you'd like assistance with sizing and measurements during the call.

Can I try on gowns during the appointment?

Our virtual appointments are designed for viewing and exploring gowns on mannequins, styled just for you. While you won’t be physically trying them on, we’ll guide you through every detail, fit, fabric, sizing, and customisations, to help you feel confident in your choice.

Our online stylists also have access to our exclusive sample sale collection and can show you available options during your appointment.

What if I fall in love with a gown?

Amazing! We can walk you through placing your order straight after your appointment, or you’re welcome to take your time. We also offer flexible payment options, including Buy Now, Pay Later with a 25% deposit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Your stylist will walk you through production timelines and shipping estimates based on your location.
