Our fabric sourcing process begins with hand-selecting materials from international suppliers and then developing them to meet specific criteria for each design. Every fabric must not only be visually effective, it also needs to be functional, durable, and comfortable. Both our sourcing and design processes are always personally driven by the experience we want our brides to have when they wear a Grace dress.

We work with a renowned stretch lace supplier who has been a leader in the industry for over 160 years. Our fabrics are thoughtfully sourced, with core materials coming from Asia and specialty textiles handpicked from France and Italy. Every key fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning it’s free from harmful chemicals, and we prioritise GRS-certified recycled materials wherever possible, from lace and tulle to linings and threads, all featuring 100% recycled content. For some of our more intricate designs, including hand-beaded styles and detailed weaves, production can take up to 90 days: a testament to the craftsmanship behind each piece.

Every gown is developed in-house, with our talented garment technicians bringing years of hands-on experience to the table. Each piece goes through around 6 to 10 rounds of sampling, giving us the freedom to tweak and refine until we are happy with every detail. Because we have a quick-sampling turnaround, we’re able to make design changes along the way without compromising on quality. We also sample and fit on a range of sizes (including our team) to ensure consistent grading and the perfect fit throughout our size range.
