By the time Alex asked Caira to be his girlfriend, they had never technically been on a date. One week later, they found themselves sharing burritos on the sandy shores of San Diego. The rest, as they say, is history.

The couple wed in the romantic ambiance of Cascais, Portugal, a small seaside town located in Portugal. Their chosen venue, Senhora da Guia, is a cozy and intimate villa located in the heart of the breathtaking oceanfront drive. With ample space for guests to stay onsite, the couple's vision of a European-inspired wedding came to life.
Alex and Caira cherished their destination wedding, soaking up every moment of their four-day celebration with their nearest and dearest. The trip strengthened bonds between friends and family and forged lifetime memories.
One of the most amusing moments of the wedding day for the couple occurred during the exchange of vows. With all eyes on them, they turned to their officiant, ready to seal their promises with the exchange of rings. A silence descended over the crowd as the realization dawned: the wedding rings were missing in action. “I made eye contact with Alex’s brother and said 'run!’,” recalls the bride. Without hesitation, he dashed off to their wedding suite to retrieve the rings, saving the day.

Caira’s bridal journey began in our Chicago boutique, accompanied by her three closest friends. “The showroom was gorgeous, and the stylist did an incredible job of listening to my feedback and making me feel comfortable,” shares the bride.
Caira knew Martini was the one; she couldn’t wait to slip back into it, being captivated by the gown’s understated elegance complemented by a dramatic flair in the intricate back bow.
