Shop dresses that are in stock and available to purchase in a standard dress size.
Priority Order (+$500 AUD)

As your wedding is less than 6 months away (our standard time frame for Made to Order Customised dresses), we will hand make your gown with priority. For an additional fee, your gown will be made especially for you to your size ranges and height.

As your gown will move immediately into production you must supply your measurements when placing your order. Please refer to our How to Take Your Measurements page to take all of your measurements and all them into your My Account immediately after ordering. Please use our live chat if you need help.

Your gown will be handmade for you to your size ranges and height. Your order will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

We will contact you approximately 5 months before your wedding day (just before your gown goes into production) to confirm your measurements.

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.

Dispatch Timeframes
  • Made to Order Standard gowns are shipped 5.5 months after your purchase.
  • Made to Order Customised gowns will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date​.​
  • Priority Made to Order Customised gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date​.
  • Ready to Wear gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed​.
  • Occasionwear, shoes, accessories & jewellery will be dispatched approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed, unless ordered at the same time as a Made to Order gown.​

  • Your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post, DHL or TNT. Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 1-4 business days to metro areas (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) and 3-10 business days for Western Australia or rural areas. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.

Made to Order Standard
  • Your wedding date must be more than 5.5 months away to order a Made to Order Standard gown.
  • Take measurements before ordering to determine your dress size. Your Made to Order Standard gown will go immediately into production after purchase.
  • Your gown is shipped 5.5 months after your purchase.
Made to Order Customised
  • Your wedding date must be more than 6 months away to order a Made to Order Customised gown.
  • You will need to supply your measurements 6 months before your wedding date as this is when your goes into production.
  • Your gown will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.​
Priority Made to Order Customised
  • If your wedding is between 10 weeks and 6 months away, certain styles can be fast-tracked through production for an additional priority fee of $500AUD incl GST.
  • Your measurements must be provided at the time of purchase to ensure we meet the delivery deadline​.
  • Your gown will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.​
Ready to Wear
  • If your wedding date is less than 10 weeks away you must purchase a Ready to Wear gown.
  • Ready to Wear gowns are in stock and ready for immediate delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • A Ready to Wear gown will be dispatched approximately 2-3 days after order is placed.​
Occasionwear & Accessories
  • All other items outside of wedding gowns are shipped approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed.
  • To stay true to our commitment to sustainability, we don’t sit on large volumes of stock to ensure unnecessary wastage. Stock levels vary and may have a waitlist available if style is currently not in stock.​

Bridal Gowns


    Made to Order Standard
    • A refund is available within 7 days of ordering your Made to Order Standard wedding gown. As your gown is made especially for you to your standard dress size, we are unable to offer returns of exchanges.
    Made to Order Customised
    • As your gown is made especially for you to your gown size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
    • Should you wish to change your gown or wedding date, you are able to do so prior to your lock-in date; you will need to pay any difference in price, or should the selected gown be a lower price the balance will be provided in the form of a credit note. You may be subject to additional Priority Fees.
    Priority Made to Order Custom
    • Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.
    Ready to Wear
    • An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of you receiving your Ready to Wear gown.
    Pre Order Gowns
    • An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of you receiving your Pre Order Ready to Wear gown.

    Online Sale

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on online sale items.

    Accessories

    • Including Veils, Shoes, Jewellery (excluding earrings). Exchanges, store credits or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, excluding earrings. ​

    Occasionwear

    • Including Bridesmaids dresses and Grace Mini collections. Exchanges, store credits or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
